The Heartsaver AED course teaches the basic techniques of child and adult CPR, and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).  Students also learn to use barrier devices in CPR and give first aid for choking in the responsive victim.  The course teaches how to recognize the signs of 3 major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, and choking.  This course is ideal for any community or corporate member that needs or wants to learn CPR and how to operate an AED.
